Home REIT PLC has announced that one of its tenants, One (Housing & Support) CIC, which accounts for 7% of its portfolio, has gone into administration. In response, Home REIT and AEW are collaborating with the appointed administrator, Evelyn Partners, and Myshon Limited, to ensure a smooth transition of property management, aiming to minimize disruption and maintain rent collection. This change comes as the company focuses on re-letting the properties post-handover.
