Home REIT PLC has reported the sale of 133 properties at public auctions, generating gross proceeds of £11.36m, which is 7.8% below their August 2023 draft valuation. The company has sold or exchanged a total of 979 properties since August 2023, accumulating £137.0m in gross proceeds, matching the draft valuation from that period. These proceeds are set to reduce the company’s borrowings and bolster working capital.
