Home REIT PLC has successfully sold 65 properties at a public auction, with gross proceeds reaching £15.9m, aligning with previous valuations. This sale is part of a larger strategy where the company has sold or exchanged a total of 773 properties since August 2023, accumulating gross proceeds of £111.4m. The capital raised will be strategically used to reduce the company’s debt and to boost its working capital.
