Home REIT PLC has recently sold 226 properties at public auctions, accumulating gross proceeds of £26.5 million, which is about 9% of its portfolio by value and 8.1% lower than the August 2023 draft valuations. This latest sale brings the company’s total gross proceeds from property sales and exchanges since August 2023 to £163.1 million, aligning with the draft valuations. The proceeds are set to reduce the company’s borrowings and provide working capital.
