Home REIT PLC (GB:HOME) has released an update.
Home REIT PLC reported the sale of 101 properties at auction for £18.5m, surpassing their August 2023 draft values by 4.8%, and repaid £12.2m of debt, reducing total borrowings to £93.8m as of August 31, 2024. The company’s cash balance reached £21.4m, with £6.2m unrestricted, and total gross income for August was £1.0m. They announced an audited result for the year ended August 2022 is imminent, and they maintain their commitment to resume trading of the company’s shares as soon as possible.
