Home REIT PLC (GB:HOME) has released an update.
Home REIT PLC has announced its plan to implement a managed wind-down strategy to optimize shareholder value and repay company debt, with a shareholder circular to be published soon seeking approval. The company has made progress by exchanging 226 properties for sale at £26.5m, repaying £8.5m of its debt, and reporting a 13% increase in monthly income. Additionally, Home REIT PLC anticipates publishing audited results for FY22 in late August or early September 2024, and continues to engage with shareholders and manage its portfolio effectively.
