Home REIT PLC has announced that one of its tenants, Noble Tree Foundation Limited, which accounts for about 7% of April’s rent, has gone into administration. The company is coordinating with the administrators to transfer the leases and ensure a smooth transition that won’t affect the current residents. Home REIT plans to either relet the properties to a social use provider or manage them directly to stabilize the portfolio and improve rent collection.
