Home REIT PLC has successfully exchanged on the sale of 76 properties, garnering £14.6m, which is 4.5% of their portfolio and slightly below the projected value from August 2023. The company has been actively selling properties, with £125.8m in total sales and exchanges to date, aligning with their previous valuations. These proceeds are slated to reduce Home REIT’s borrowings and increase working capital.
