Hollywood Bowl (GB:BOWL) has released an update.
Hollywood Bowl Group plc has applied to the FCA and LSE for the admission of 500,000 new ordinary shares to enhance its existing block listing. These shares, set to be admitted around July 8, 2024, will be available through the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan and will be on par with the current shares in all respects.
