Hollwin Urban Operation Service Group Co., Ltd. has announced a special dividend of RMB 0.22 per share, approved by shareholders on September 27, 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by October 7, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be payable on November 27, 2024. A withholding tax of 10% or 20% will be applied to non-resident individual shareholders depending on their country’s tax treaty with the PRC.
