Holcim ( (CH:HOLN) ) has shared an update.

Holcim reported a strong start to 2026, with organic net sales up 3.9% to CHF 3.52 billion and organic recurring EBIT rising 8.3% to CHF 431 million, driven by cost discipline, operational efficiency and growing demand for its premium and sustainable products. The group maintained full-year guidance, underscoring confidence in its NextGen Growth 2030 strategy and resilience across market cycles.

The company accelerated its portfolio shift with five value‑accretive deals in the quarter, including a majority stake in Peru’s Cementos Pacasmayo and an agreement to buy Cemex’s Colombian building materials business, reinforcing growth in Latin America while exiting Lebanon. Sustainability and digitalization remain core growth engines, as higher shares of ECOPact and ECOPlanet boosted low‑carbon sales, recycled material volumes rose 24%, and Holcim rolled out 38 AI initiatives targeting CHF 200 million of recurring EBIT contribution by 2028 through efficiency gains and cost savings.
