Hogy Medical said a tender offer for its common shares by TCG2509 Co., Ltd., launched in December 2025, has successfully closed after the number of shares tendered exceeded the minimum purchase threshold. Settlement is scheduled for March 9, 2026, confirming the completion of the transaction and triggering changes in its control structure.
Following the offer, TCG2509 will hold more than 50% of Hogy Medical’s voting rights, becoming its new parent company and largest major shareholder, with TCG2508 and TCG2507 also assuming indirect parent status.
