Hofseth BioCare ASA has announced the cancellation of its Subsequent Offering due to delays in the completion of a Private Placement. The company had initially planned to raise approximately NOK 30 million through the issuance of new ordinary shares but has resolved to cancel the offering, citing current share price levels and the delay in receiving all share deposits. Subscribers will have their amounts refunded unless they choose to maintain their subscription.
