Hoe Leong Corporation Ltd. has amended its Subscription Agreement with eScoopG Pte. Ltd., including extending payment dates and making options non-transferable. The Company also clarified that it does not need written consent from Sing Investments & Finance Limited for a change in control. These changes are part of a supplemental agreement to streamline the planned transactions.
