Hoe Leong Corporation Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced the appointment of Ms. Linda Hoon Siew Kin as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from July 1, 2025. This appointment also sees Ms. Hoon taking on the roles of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. This strategic move is part of the company’s reconstitution of its Board and Board Committees, which is expected to bring in new perspectives and strengthen governance within the organization.
