Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees effective from 25 April 2024, which include the retirement of Dr Ong Seh Hong as Non-Executive Chairman, the re-designation of Mr Chua Leong Hai to Executive Chairman, the appointment of Ms Chua Siok Peng as the new CEO, and Mr Hoon Tai Meng stepping in as Lead Independent Director.
