HMC Capital Director Bolsters Shareholding

Home Consortium Ltd (AU:HMC) has released an update.

Gregory Hayes, a director at HMC Capital Limited, has increased his direct shareholding by acquiring 5,150 fully paid ordinary shares, with no shares disposed of. This change occurred on 22 August 2024, as part of the Non-Executive Director Equity Plan, where the rights were exercised in lieu of board fees for FY24. Following the transaction, Hayes now holds 48,189 direct shares and maintains an indirect interest in 81,998 shares through Grasmere Custodians No 2 Pty Ltd.
