HMC Capital Director Bolsters Share Ownership

Home Consortium Ltd (AU:HMC) has released an update.

HMC Capital Limited has disclosed a change in director Kelly O’Dwyer’s interests, who acquired 5,619 fully paid ordinary shares, increasing her direct holdings to 80,096 shares, with no disposals reported. The transaction was part of the Non-Executive Director Equity Plan, where rights were exercised in lieu of board fees for FY24.
