HKT Trust and HKT Limited have announced the resignation of Ms Wang Fang as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Regulatory Compliance Committee, effective from 28 June 2024, due to changes in her work arrangements. Ms Wang’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements reported, and the Boards express their gratitude for her contributions. A subsequent announcement will follow regarding the appointment of a successor from China United Network Communications Group Company Limited.
