Hitachi Announces Executive Leadership Transition

Hitachi,Ltd. (JP:6501) has released an update.

Hitachi, Ltd. has announced executive changes set to take effect on October 1, 2024, which includes Yasuki Imai’s new appointment as Vice President and Executive Officer, and CEO of Financial Institutions Business Unit, following his previous role as COO of Cloud Services Platform Business Unit. Tatsuro Ueda will be stepping down from his current position and transitioning to an advisory role within the company. The announcement also provided a brief overview of Yasuki Imai’s professional background, highlighting his progressive roles within Hitachi and its subsidiaries since joining the company in April 2001.
