EnviroSuite Limited has announced that Hitachi, Ltd. and its subsidiaries have become substantial holders in the company, owning 158.5 million ordinary shares, which equates to a voting power of 11.11%. The substantial holding arose from Hitachi Construction Machinery, which has over 20% voting power, and the change took effect on September 4, 2024. No financial consideration details were disclosed for the acquisition of these shares.
