Hisense Elevates Mr. Xu to Key Committee Roles

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. has announced the election of Mr. Xu Guo Jun as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of both the remuneration and appraisal committee and the nomination committee. This appointment follows his recent induction as an independent non-executive director of the twelfth session of the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Xu’s term commenced on August 2, 2024, and will continue until the end of the twelfth Board session.
