Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. announces the appointment of Mr. Bao Yi as the new employee representative supervisor, starting his term on June 24, 2024, to serve on the twelfth session of the supervisory committee without remuneration. Mr. Bao, with a Master’s degree and notable management experience, replaces Mr. Yin Zhi Xin, who is stepping down due to a work adjustment.
