Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. has announced an updated final ordinary dividend of RMB 10.13 per 10 shares for the year ended 31 December 2023, with payment scheduled for 15 August 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09709, equivalent to HKD 11.11355 per 10 shares. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding corporate income tax.
