Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on August 2, 2024, in Qingdao, China. Shareholders will convene to vote on the resolution to elect Mr. Xu Guo Jun as an independent non-executive director and decide on his remuneration.
