Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on August 2, 2024, in Qingdao, China. Shareholders will convene to vote on the resolution to elect Mr. Xu Guo Jun as an independent non-executive director and decide on his remuneration. Shareholders can appoint proxies and must complete share transfers by July 29, 2024, to be eligible to vote.
