Hiscox Ltd has announced the Scrip Reference Share Price for its upcoming scrip dividend option tied to the interim dividend of 13.2 cents per share, payable on September 24, 2024. The determined Scrip Reference Share Price of 1,184p is based on the average closing middle market quotations on the London Stock Exchange over a five-day period. This option comes as an alternative to shareholders who made their elections by the September 2 deadline, with the Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend being 10.05p per share.
