Hiscox Ltd has announced an application for 144,509 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List on the London Stock Exchange, expected to take place on 24 September 2024. These shares are issued in connection with the Company’s Scrip Dividend Alternative and will be on par with existing shares.
