Hingtex Holdings Limited has announced a change in auditor due to a disagreement on audit fees with Deloitte, which has served the company for six years, and to enhance corporate governance practices. Deloitte’s resignation is effective from 15 July 2024, and there are no issues that need to be raised with shareholders. Ernst & Young has been appointed as the new auditor to serve until the next annual general meeting.
