China Investments Holdings Limited ( (HK:0132) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Hing Yip Holdings’ subsidiary Greengold Leasing has signed adjustment agreements with a lessee to modify existing finance leases over sewage treatment and conveyance equipment in Pingdingshan, Henan, extending the lease terms by two years to 2030. The arrangements keep the lessee responsible for maintenance, taxes and related costs on the assets.
Under the revised terms, the total outstanding lease principal on the existing finance leases stands at about RMB16.9 million, with Finance Lease 1 to have outstanding payments of roughly RMB11.6 million, including principal and interest, to be repaid quarterly over the extended period. As one of the applicable percentage ratios for these transactions exceeds 5% but remains below 25%, the move is classified as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, signalling a material but mid-sized adjustment to the group’s leasing portfolio and cash-flow profile.
The most recent analyst rating on (HK:0132) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.21 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on China Investments Holdings Limited stock, see the HK:0132 Stock Forecast page.
