Greengold Leasing, a subsidiary of Hing Yip Holdings Limited, has entered into finance leases with a lessee to acquire ownership of certain assets for RMB130 million, which will be leased back to the lessee for eight years. This transaction, considered a major one under the Listing Rules, does not require a general meeting for approval due to written consent from a major shareholder, and it will be funded through internal resources and/or external banking facilities.
