Hing Lee (HK) Holdings Limited has announced a further delay in dispatching its Circular, originally scheduled for 19 July 2024, now postponed to a date no later than 26 July 2024. The Circular is expected to provide shareholders with details on the Disposal, Proposed Share Premium Cancellation, and Special Dividend, along with recommendations from the Independent Board Committee and advice from the Independent Financial Adviser.
