Hing Lee (HK) Holdings Limited has announced the proposed payment of a special dividend of HK7.51 cents per Share, to be distributed on August 30, 2024, to shareholders recorded on August 23, 2024. To qualify for this dividend, share transfers must be lodged by 4:00 p.m. on August 21, 2024. Investors are cautioned that the special dividend is still subject to conditions and may not be guaranteed.
