Himax Technologies, an industry leader in display drivers and semiconductor products, successfully conducted its annual general meeting, where shareholders approved the 2023 audited accounts and financial reports. Additionally, the meeting saw the re-election of Mr. Yuan-Chuan Horng as an Independent Director.
