Hilton Food Group plc has announced the appointment of Mark Allen OBE as the incoming Non-Executive Director and Chair designate, set to take over as Chair from Robert Watson OBE in January 2025. Allen, with a prominent background in consumer goods and the food sector, is currently the Chair of AG Barr and has held several other notable positions. Watson, who has played a pivotal role in Hilton Foods for over two decades, will step down but continue to be a long-term investor in the company.
