Hilton Food ( (GB:HFG) ) just unveiled an update.

Hilton Food Group reported resilient 2025 trading in its core retail meat and fresh prepared food businesses, with volumes broadly flat and revenue from continuing operations up nearly 12% on a constant currency basis, despite inflationary pressures. Adjusted profit before tax from continuing operations slipped about 1%, reflecting weaker performance at Seachill, while exceptional costs linked to regulatory issues at Foppen were offset at the statutory level by gains on disposals and a reduced net bank debt position.

The group completed a strategic review that refocuses growth and capital on its core meat and fresh prepared food operations, while implementing improvement plans at Seachill, Foppen and Dalco to increase strategic options. Management reiterated an unchanged 2026 profit outlook below 2025 levels due to ongoing challenges in seafood and specialty units, but highlighted robust core volumes, expanded contracts in continental Europe, major capacity investments in Canada, Saudi Arabia and Poland, and a progressive dividend policy aimed at sustaining returns and supporting long-term growth targets for profit, cash conversion and returns on capital.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:HFG) stock is a Hold with a £490.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Hilton Food stock, see the GB:HFG Stock Forecast page.
