Hill & Smith Holdings PLC has announced the grant of a share option to its Group President, Nick Adcock, for 1,131 ordinary shares at £16.40 per share under the company’s Sharesave Scheme. With this latest grant, Adcock’s total share options in the company amount to 15,462 ordinary shares. The transaction, which took place outside a trading venue on October 11, 2024, is part of the company’s efforts to incentivize its management team.
