Hill & Smith PLC has repurchased 16,818 ordinary shares on 14 May 2026 from Deutsche Bank’s London branch under its previously announced £100m share buyback programme. The shares, bought on the London Stock Exchange at prices between 2,535p and 2,570p with a volume-weighted average of 2,555.4578p, have been cancelled.

Following this latest transaction, the company’s total shares in issue fall to 78,828,856, with 2,029,489 shares now cancelled since the programme began.
