Hill & Smith PLC has continued to execute its previously announced £100m share buyback programme, repurchasing 17,000 ordinary shares on 27 March 2026 for cancellation through Deutsche Bank’s London branch. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at prices between 2,090p and 2,125p, at a volume-weighted average of about 2,107.9p per share.

Following settlement and cancellation, Hill & Smith’s total shares in issue will fall to 79,139,263, with 1,691,071 shares repurchased in aggregate since the buyback began in August 2025.
