Highway Capital PLC has terminated its reverse takeover talks with Guinevere Capital Esports & Entertainment and is now focusing on a Corporate Restructuring plan. This restructuring includes converting debt into equity and seeking additional capital. The success of the restructuring, which is a prerequisite for the release of their 2023 and 2024 Annual Reports and the restoration of the company’s listing, hinges on several factors such as shareholder approval.
