Highfield Resources Limited successfully passed all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the remuneration report, the re-election and election of Mr. Roger Davey and Mr. Luke Anderson as directors, respectively, and the approval of a 10% placement facility. The decisions were made by poll with a strong majority in favor of each resolution.
