Highfield Resources Limited has announced a new proposal for issuing securities, with intentions to place or issue a maximum of 855,000,047 ordinary fully paid shares. The proposed issue date is set for the 28th of March, 2025. Detailed information is provided in the Appendix 3B document submitted to the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange).
