Highfield Resources Limited has successfully completed the unconditional phase of its institutional placement, raising $6 million of the total $12 million aimed for investment. The placement attracted both new and existing investors, with the remaining funds contingent on shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting. Trading of Highfield’s shares on the ASX is set to resume following a temporary halt.
