Highfield Director’s Share Options Expire

Highfield Resources Limited (AU:HFR) has released an update.

Highfield Resources Limited has announced a change in the interests of director Luke Anderson, as of 16 June 2024. The update, which follows the rules of the ASX listing, indicates that Anderson’s direct and indirect security holdings remain unchanged, but he has allowed 40,322 unlisted options exercisable at $0.93 to expire without exercising them.
