Edward Vasko, an experienced cybersecurity veteran with over 33 years in the field, takes over the role, in addition to continuing as CEO of the Company’s Overwatch division. Vasko’s prior roles include leading Boise State University’s Institute of Pervasive Cybersecurity and serving as Senior VP at Avertium. His compensation includes a $260,000 salary and potential bonuses tied to revenue targets, along with a one-time equity award.
