High Wire Networks, Inc. has announced a shift in its leadership as Stephen LaMarche steps down as Chief Operations Officer but maintains his position on the Board. Edward Vasko, an experienced cybersecurity veteran with over 33 years in the field, takes over the role, in addition to continuing as CEO of the Company’s Overwatch division. Vasko’s prior roles include leading Boise State University’s Institute of Pervasive Cybersecurity and serving as Senior VP at Avertium. His compensation includes a $260,000 salary and potential bonuses tied to revenue targets, along with a one-time equity award.
