HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, acquiring 349,292 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 125.99 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares, reducing the total number of voting shares in circulation to 2,013,926,389. The buyback is part of a program initiated earlier this year, aimed at optimizing the company’s capital structure.
