HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, acquiring 442,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 125.16 pence per share. This purchase is part of the company’s ongoing share buyback program announced earlier this year. The shares will be held as treasury shares, keeping the total number of voting rights at 2,013,138,106.
