HICL Infra Co Shs GBP (GB:HICL) has released an update.
HICL Infrastructure PLC has carried out a share buyback, purchasing 350,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 129.2 pence each, as part of its previously announced buyback program. Following the transaction, the company now holds 8.9 million shares in treasury, while the total number of shares excluding treasury shares is over 2 billion. These treasury shares affect the total voting rights, which are now equal to the number of shares excluding those held in treasury.
