HICL Infrastructure PLC successfully executed a share buyback on 14 August 2024, purchasing 500,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 127.3 pence each, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier in the year. Following this transaction, the company holds over 8 million shares in treasury, with the total number of outstanding voting rights standing at 2,023,438,061. The move is part of HICL’s strategic efforts to manage its share capital, while the purchased shares are intended to be held as treasury shares.
