HICL Infrastructure Completes Share Buyback

HICL Infra Co Shs GBP (GB:HICL) has released an update.

HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 500,000 of its own ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 126.8 pence each, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme initiated earlier this year. The acquired shares will be held as treasury shares, with HICL’s total voting rights now standing at 2,024,838,061, excluding those held in treasury.
