HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 350,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 125.4291 pence per share through Investec Bank plc. Following this transaction, the company now holds 6,150,000 shares in treasury, with the total number of shares in circulation excluding treasury shares standing at 2,025,338,061. This repurchase is part of a larger share buyback program announced earlier in the year.
